I am currently Coordinator of Echocardiography Lab from Research Unit of Cardioloy Department, under the Academy of Medical Science, from the University Emergency Hospital. This lab provide support for two educational courses, in which I am involved as a lector: vascular ultrasound evaluation and transesophageal, and new echocardiographic techniques (3D echo, speckle tracking, and DTI). I am also coordinator of the amyloidosis team from our department, with 2 active multicenter grants in the field of amyloidosis, member of the peer-review board of 6 ISI journals, and expert research evaluator for CNCSIS and European Comision (remote/onsite) ( Bucharest/Brussels).
